Annual Dues

$85per property / year

Dues are assessed per property. If you own multiple properties on the lake, each property is billed separately.

Directory Access: The member directory is only accessible to members with a paid property. Once your dues are paid, you can view all member contact information.

How to Join

Create an Account
Sign in with your email to create a member account.

Claim Your Property
Verify ownership using your last name and parcel ID from county records.

Pay Dues
Pay $85 per property online via Stripe, or mail a check to the treasurer.

Access the Directory
Once paid, access the full member directory and community resources.
